Eligibility

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged or defective, significantly different from what was described, or the wrong item was delivered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 5–7 business days of approval.
